I never said thats what hes worth, just that it would take a bid of that kind to get him - Just look at the Lescott deal.

So he was a first teamer at 16, but by 18 he's no longer a first teamer, yet Arsenal have got no better, and needs experience because he won't be getting it at Arsenal, yet he's not got worse? I'm struggling to follow the logic of paying £26m for a player who has yet to produce consistently good performances at a high standard and has seemingly got worse in the past two years.
