At least we aren't strengthening a Premier League rival on the cheap.

Chances are he'll be another Oliver Burke or Ryan Gauld and be back in England within a season or two after not getting a look in.

Remember Dortmund were supposed to be the club to revitalise future world player of the year Januzaj.

Heard from a good source today he is off to Dortmund £6 million !! We shall see
Fee probably wrong but club right. Might trust that source a bit more from now on.

Apparently fee is 10 mil plus sell on

For someone with basically zero first team premier league experience to go to a top german side as a number 7 is massive. On one hand fair play to him for taking the chance and landing the transfer. On the other his attitude seemed to stink and the whole thing was handled terribly. At least Roberts trained regularly until his move. He has acted like a spoil brat and a bad example for the rest of the youth academy. Finally, if it does work out then hopefully we either have a very favorable buy back clause or sell on fee. I doubt will we ever see him in the Pep Era.

This is weird because I am kind of a fan of Dortmund in the Bundesliga lol, well he was given the #7 shirt so looks like he will actually feature regularly for them.

Can see why he'd choose Dortmund if they're willing to give him the number 7 shirt. It's a fantastic pick up from them. Whilst i thought he failed to deliver in most of the admittedly limited EDS "big" games i saw, with the likes of Diaz and Foden outshining him, he'll still develop into a good player at least. The thing is, he could flop quite badly, never be more than semi-decent yet Dortmund would still be in line to make a killing on him because of his homegrown status and the value that brings to teams over here. More foreign clubs should look to pick up English kids around that age.
