Jadon Sancho

This is all a part of the development of young players.
I have always wanted young players to be given opportunities, but they have to be earned. You have to show, every single day, that you are better than the world-class players in front of you. You may not be as developed as a player, but you will be earlier to training, you will work harder, stay later, be respectful to everyone around the club and show that you are totally deserving of your opportunity. Equally, the club needs to act in good faith, providing game-time to those that do exactly that, and showing those coming up exactly what the demands are. It is complex because while all that is going on, other clubs are willing to pay you more and give you more game time. It takes a special player and agent to resist the temptation and act in the long-term best interests of each other.

Jadon is a talent, but talent alone is simply not enough.

Agree with all of the above, but it is the player who adopts all such principles which reach the top of their profession.

Sancho has displayed the wrong elements since deciding against listening to Pep and the club at age 17 for the short term route.

Now exposed for that arrogance and poor judgement
( except financially of course ) .

Oh, definitely, the consequences of his own actions have been laid bare. Alternatively, Jude Bellingham took a similar course and is now at the top of the world game. There are so many variables, and personal development from late teens to mid-twenties is often fraught with pitfalls.

he’s talented but probably suited to another league, he’s easily bullied out of the game in the Prem.
