Just look at their last 3 major signings alone, assuming this goes ahead. Can’t be arsed looking up the exact figures but It must be £250m+ for Slabhead, the Portuguese diver and Sancho.

With his talent he would be rich anyway including if he hadn't left City. Same with Foden. The better you become, the more you will get. Of course, injuries can ruin one's career, so getting rich as soon as possible is a reasonable objective for most young players. I predict however that Foden will achieve more than Sancho on and off the pitch because of his patience to learn from a great manager and great players. Imo, he will be rated higher than Sancho within 2 years.At 20, the lad’s already set himself up for life. Can you say the same?

They’re improving, steadily. Bruno Fernandes and this chap make for a much scarier prospect than they were 2-3 years ago. I think we have to accept sometimes they’ll sign top players and Sancho appears to be in that catagory - if he was heading our way the place would be singing his praises!
