I think it bodes well to City to just grab a bucket of popcorn and let the mishaps reveal themselves. If this is indeed a ploy Dortmund are sucking the life of every cent the rags have. They won't have money to buy a can of Soda let alone take care of that shit of a midfield and defence. Also we will get a chunk of this "hard earned not Oil" Money.

If he remains there, the next year deal will be even bigger. A bigger paycheck for us again. Maybe from the coffers of PSG ,Real or the sad rags next door!

Dortmund are going to wring the chickens neck on this one.
I'm going to laugh my bollocks off with 20 million of their hard earned noodle money to pay for some of our transfers.

We are not paying 100 million plus with some bad characters, which our club/Pep thinks sancho has. He left our club without our interest and there are news that agent cost has increased the value of deal that is too much for united.
Its bad for us as well because our 15%will be less next season. The higher price he has the more we will get.

Lets blow them out of the water and sign Sancho

Ferran/Sterling________Sergio/Jesus_________Sancho/Mahrez

We’re not interested in Sancho returning and Guardiola made that very clear in a public interview. That was interesting in itself, as it signalled to Sancho that he’d burnt his bridges with us. It also signalled to Dortmund that we would not participate in any auction for him, partly because we disliked the initial approach that lured the player and partly because we don’t want to be used so that Dortmund can profit even further. Finally, it signalled to our neighbours that we would not compete with them for Sancho, thus giving them a clear run at the player, safe in the knowledge that they are not going to be outbid. They’ll still pay a lot, but not top price.

Question is, will that lot reciprocate and publicly state that they have no interest in signing Koulibaly? If they did, it would suggest there might be a gentleman’s agreement in place.

That last line....come on Gab, even if we'd spoken, like UEFA they're not for being trusted and I'm sure the club would have zero trust in them as well.
