It's that time of year again, is it? The time where we're all shocked that he hasn't magically changed his mind since the last time that he refused to wear a poppy.
I am kind of with him on this one, why on earth are they investigating him?
a) how much "investigating" is needed, considering it was fucking tweet from his account?
b) what charge are they planning on charging him with? Being mean to your own fans? He didn't even swear
c) uneducated cavemen might be the most polite thing you could call someone from Stoke
Any excuse to make him a pantomime villain to show what true patriots we all are I guess

His view on the poppy is a legitimate one imo and one I believe to be honestly held by him - even if I don’t share it myself.
I don’t think he disrespects the war dead by taking the stance he does. Isn’t that what they were significantly fighting for - his freedom of speech and expression?
