He's not improved his game at all, he's always played this well. Every game he covers more ground than anyone else. The difference is that he's playing a more attacking game right now, which is where you get noticed more. Bring Yaya and/or Nasri back and Milner will slip back to being an exceptional but invisible player.

I hope not mate I think he's a complete player in every way the don!

I think Jimmy has played himself into our best team. He creates more space for Silva.

We are more direct with him in the side which is no bad thing.

This for sure. He stays wider than Nasri and puts direct balls into the box instead of short passes. We were suffering from trying to walk it into the net until Milner got back in the side.

He wasn't brilliant last season before and after Xmas, Robby just stopped playing him towards the end of the season. Now he's back in and playing just as well.

Been Brilliant this season.Great finish and assist at arsenal,i do think he could improve his crossing when he gets put in behind oppositions defence ,so many easy goals can be created from the positions he gets in.

Milner certainly rose to the occasion and put a top shift in last night , and we needed it too in light of Yayas absence ..... stunning goal too , making the most of a superb pass from Tevez.

Arsenal did improve in the second half , but the City midfield , and defence , battled well all night.
