James Milner

Still have a feeling Pellers will turn him into a right back, he's brighter enough to play there and has enough pace, trickery and a very good tackle.
He set two great chances up tonight that both should have been a goal. He's a mix of both Micah and Zabs.

He can't tackle though. He'll never be a right back just a hard working midfielder.

He's a great tackler and unsettle opponents with his stocky build.
Heading might be a problem.

Okee dokee ;-)

(Seriously he can't - he is awkward as he'll so is great further up the field but as a right back he'd cause more harm than good. Anyway we are more tan covered for RB.

No problem Tony, its all about onions..... :^)

Milner got great game last night. can play almost any position. real utility man in City's team. his crossing to Negredo at the first half, and through ball to Dzeko at dying minutes, it's wonderful. this is kind of player we can't replace. not many players have the same flexibility & consistency. the Rags used to have one in Phil Neville.

It was all going so well until the last line.

I had him as player of the season last year. Always puts in a full shift and as an Englishman, has a harder job to keep his place over the expensive foreigners the manager has to play to justify buying them or avoid bruising egos.

Doesn't get as many crosses in as I would like, but when he does they can be wicked.
