Jamie Carragher

He comes across as a bully. He forever Micah to wear an Arsenal shirt. He would spark him out of Micah gave him an Everton one. There's also a video on you tube where he fires a football in anger at a cameraman after losing a game to a US comedian.
Hes an Everton fan. He just has to keep up this facade of being a dipper so he gets on TV.

Mentioned it on Micah’s thread but I saw a short clip of him and Carragher the other day doing a slot on when Micah scored against Liverpool.

I think I’ve still got bruised ribs from fucking cringing so hard.

It’s television for simpletons.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks the same as this!

Anytime I put on Sky Sports especially in build up to games (which is very rare but I do on the odd occasion), I find it really cringey and as you said "It's television for simpletons".

Don't get me wrong it's not like I'm the type of person who would get onto University Challenge! But the television Sky Sports have is absolutely horrendous.

He is. Bit my point stands.

Micah grew up an Arsenal fan. But to pressure him into wearing an Arsenal shirt live on air is wrong. You can see he's uncomfortable but goes with it after some pressure.

If Micah did the same. You'd see spitty sacked.

CBS have a 'banter' model of punditry but he takes it to far. So much so players insult him on air

Messi called him a donkey, CR37 blanked him, and Harry Kane called him out on air as liar last week.

Honestly from what I’ve seen of this show in so glad we don’t get it over here. It’s just them wanking each other off and laughing hysterically at really crap jokes. Awful. These days pundits just want to trend on social media
To be honest I think Carragher is just playing to the 'famous Scouse humour' bullshit. The media have lead on that one since I was a kid. Remember that unfunny twat and the 'Focker' shite joke that he bled to death. They genuinely believe they are funny and Carragher probably believes it as well - hence the never ending piss poor attempts at humour.

It was CBS I saw them on. They are bad on Sky but tone it down a touch whereas the American networks have obviously bought into the whole pantomime act and must tell them to just get in front of the cameras and make as big a **** out of yourself as possible.

He’s definitely got braver since he’s been a pundit. I remember standing next to him on the runway getting ready to board the easyJet to Barcelona from Liverpool airport for the CL game in 14/15 and he had his head down not saying boo to a goose.
Having smoke blown up his arse and getting away with sackable offences has obviously given him a a sense of superiority.
Would love to have the opportunity again but imagine the days of getting on a flight with a load of City fans has long gone.

Horrible ****. He wouldn't have said that had her fella been in the vicinity.
Be funny if he turns up for the show tonight....

The dynamic seems to be attractive anchor who radiates self confidence. An intelligent and classy former footballer who shits over the others in personality and tactical analysis. A gobshite from Liverpool and a class clown who takes the shit he gets off rag loving Abdo and Carragher for playing in a city shirt.

Just reminded me of another incident where spitty put Micah in a headlock for having the audacity to take the piss out of spitty for doing fuck all when we scored against Liverpool in a game they were both playing in.

I'd love to see him try and spark Micah out - Micah's very jovial and laid-back, but I think we'd see a different side of him then and I know who my money would be on!

I don't condone violence but I genuinely think that he needs humbling by somebody. I reckon the only thing he would understand is a good twatting. That kind of thing usually happens in your youth, its good for you because you realise you aren't invincible. He just seems to have not grown up
