We don't know if it would be 70 mil & he would likely learn Pep's system in a week, better than Mangala has managed to do in 6 months.

Delph has proved that he has what it takes to be a decent enough left back option for us. He's still learning the role and will get better at it. So long as he is happy to be primarily a left back in our squad, he will surely be given that chance and City will not buy another LB in the next couple of windows.

FWIW once Mendy is back I fully expect Delph to be ahead of Yaya as Fernandinho's backup, as well as the backup LB assuming we don't sign someone in January.
