For DM I would go for Max Meyer from Schalke. He is out of contract in summer, and appears to be a very Pep-like central midfielder being tiny, quick and technically very strong. Would be much cheaper than Fred from Donetzk and very comparable in quality IMO, plus younger at only 21.

In other words, he's not happy, he is letting other teams know he isn't and still wants to feel like he is the main man again at City.

HES moved into a two man midfield with and rotated. Do you watch German football buddy? He has an offer from Schalke to extend his stint but his u-turn in play after his fall from greatness has been fantastically under DT.
