Not sure if it has been posted..Hull City have confirmed that they have agreed a fee with Premier League rivals Everton for striker Nikica Jelavic.

I doubt it will break any records this time for money spent in the window.

Very quiet compared to the first 10 days last season in terms of loans and permanent transfers to Premiership Clubs but I am sure the sides in the relegation hunt from perhaps Hull down will pick up things over the next 21 days however the quality of player is likely to be wanting if Johnson to West Ham for example is any guide.

Some panic buys and loans as always but no Dzeko's and Carrols (LOL) this year thats for certain.

Presumably so much was spent in the summer that clubs now have less in the pot and, with so many of them at risk of being relegated, they might hesitate before gambling.

McGeady to Everton, interesting one, a bit random, will be interesting to see how he does after his spell in Russia.

He came out on the pitch yesterday, and I have to say I didn't recognise him, initially didn't think he was a player but some fan. He's put considerable weight on for a winger. As you say, an interesting one.

He can play anywhere from AM to deeper central midfielder. Not sure Sevilla would want to sell him but we'd pay a hefty fee if Nasri is out.
