Jarrad Branthwaite

I'm not watching many Everton matches, but when they played us I thought he was their best player by an absolute mile and stood out as the only one capable of showing some composure on the ball under pressure. Looked to me like he'd slot into our team no problem whatsoever.

Now I'm hoping he's the next Phil Jones if he's going there.

He did but bulled by Haaland for the goal at our place.

Just can't see why any player - especially a young one - would see Utd as the place to go.

A shitstorm, specifically defensively, and not even in a new era after they (fantastically) bowed down to Ten Hag.
Instant call up for the next England squad and ££££££££s due to wages they have to offer

He's another cart horse who looks good for his age because he's basically already in a adult body from a early age. Seen nothing of him with the ball at his feet to suggest he could play in our team , and Haaaland easily put him on his arse for his goal at the etihad while he was still well out of form .

Duncan Edwards gives you a like ;-)

As others have said here, and Sky keep saying personal terms agreed, but this is tapping up surely

Tapping up isn't a thing any more. Imagine conducting long negotiations for 10's of millions, really complex deals, only for the player to go nah.

We do it this way, as does everyone with an ounce of sense. Find out if the player is interested, how much they want, then you go to the club.

Ah I know now why he didn't get picked for England Southgate was told not to by the rags! Just think if he was picked and the scum were bidding 35m for him then upping it every other day by a 1m media reporting it Continually like they are now!

The easiest part be everyone does it but the rags won’t do the fee anyway.
Rags have too many holes in that team to be splashing 70m+ on a CB. Only way this transfer happens is if Everton are forced to sell to be compliant with FFP. Which is Exhibit A of why Everton are supporting us in the APT court-case.

Think this lad has plenty of potential and could become our next Jonny stone under pep’s guidance . Yeah Haaland put him on his arse but up to then he kept us at bay single handed

Deluded - bid £35 million but still want 40 for Sancho
Ha ha
ESPN writes:
"United made an opening bid of £35m plus £8m in add-ons on Friday, which is set to be rejected. A source has told ESPN that Everton will need to compromise on their demands over a fee for a deal to happen."

The nerve of that club, Everton don't NEED to do anything. Rags now bidding what they bid for players a quarter of a century ago. Everton don't need to explain their rejection either stating that their using Gvardiol as a benchmark, when maguire was bought 5 years ago for that price. A player who they've been trying to shift multiple times.
