Why? He is a harder working Nasri, with slightly poorer off the ball movement skills. Why would we want to spend 25 million to buy Nasri competition :? Makes no sense.

But Herrera sits a little deeper doesn't he? I see him more as a CM than an ACM, and definitely not as a winger.
I'd love to see him here, but still I think 25mil is a bit too much.

We have off loaded - AJ,RSC, Ade, Bridge, Boyata, Taylor GK definitely and possibly NDJ.

Recruited - Rodwell, and possibly Sinclair, Wright GK, Garcia , Nastasic.

If we do sign a couple talked about we will have strengthened the squad in terms of more players Mancini has available and wants to use, like for like British GK, so not all bad.

Lets hope for a those couple of signings we are linked with.

Having Herrera will leave us vulnerable defensively if we play him alongside yaya.
