We've apparently scouted Garcia for over 1 year, this isn't a panic buy if it goes through but a well planned alternative to our main targets (De Rossi and Martinez I guess) who we can't get.

Doesn't matter if we scouted him or not. SOmeone posted a screen shot of his FM2012 stats and they weren't great.

Awful business if we sign him. Why bother paying our scoutes shed loads when they get such basics wrong?

We already have Barry, Milner, Rodwell, Yaya for the 'midfielder' role(s). Whether you rate Moutinho more than the first 3 listed there (he probably is) is irrelevant when you already have those 3 in your squad.

Yaya gets injured and we have Barry, Milner and Rodwell to face Real Madrid.

I think a lot of people forget that City are now a very professional club that would have full dossiers on a huge number of players as potential targets. I think the days of someone as City sitting by the phone and taking any rubbish that gets touted by an agent are long gone.

Are you wumming? Over the last week, anyone that is even remotely negative about City, our transfer window and the players we may be getting and you called them out for their negativity and flappiness!!
