i don't think i believe that i'm really reading all this in this thread.

He's the latest guy we're picking on, just nod and slowly walk off.

Re: Javi Garcia ?

It was painful to see him walk off when he was subbed, you had to feel for him. Almost everything that could go wrong went wrong last night but the really sickening thing was how Hansen stuck the knife in on MOTD. Sadly, it could be a defining moment in his career, I really hope not.

Numbero UNO
He needs to be taken out of the limeilght

Et dos
When he comes back in he needs to somehow , from somewhere , turn this round.

I am a big believer in the old adage " you never get a second chance at making a good first impression".

The day he signed he walked on that pitch just like a movie star as if he owned the place.
Other than 40 minutes against Real , he has pretty much cowered like he somehow does not belong here.

Shape up fella.

Re: Javi Garcia ?

I'm more than willing to offers patience as be beds in, but can't honestly say I'm hopeful.

I am truly OK with a quiet(low spending) summer. But to spend 50 or so million with only a part time first 11 player (nasty, who I think was an excellent purchase) is quite astonishing. It is an impressive achievement to purchase 2 10+ mill defense minded midfielders in the summer and still have that be a primary need come winter.

I didn't see motd, no surprise to see hansen slaughter another one of our players. Did he have another crack at Balo or did he just pick on the easy target ?

As I said it was a terrible performance form Javi but you have to give the lad time to settle. He's looked like a fairy of late but he was tough in stoke away, I'm hopeful he'll get back to that and get into the swing of things soon enough
