Javier Tebas named to UEFA's Executive Committee

Tebas added in the top flight in Spain, regulations would prevent the transfer market being inflated or debt being placed onto clubs. "Barcelona and Madrid have never received state support and have always been run in a financially responsible way," he added.

Javier Tebas just been named to UEFA's Executive Committee by the European Leagues. Federation chief Rubiales is already a member. Couldn't see a thread but thought it could spell trouble for us
Wow, just wow, how UEFA can even endorse this Neo-Nazi prick can only tell you everything you need to know about how much of a waste of time taking a knee has been and never mind how the Spanish League has turned to shit on his watch.

It is fucking laughable.

Let's hope and really we don't need to hope as I am sure Khalddoon Al Mubarak will have their measure once again if needs be.

At the end of the day he will have to be careful not to slag off one of the member clubs in the organization in which he himself sits on the Executive Committee. City would have real precedence to nail him and claim bias in UEFA's competitions if he did.

That’s the only plus with him being appointed..

Right at this moment city should persue legal charges against tebas...timing would be beautiful. Worst case scenario it would leverage favour with UEFA if we dropped it. Best case it would completely humilate the clown.

That just goes to show he has no integrity, therefore he can tell barefaced lies in front of the press with no qualms about it. The problem for him and UEFA though, is sooner or later he's going to put his foot in his mouth over something that's going to cost him his job and UEFA a loss of face. It's probably going to be City related, so lets hope City have lawyers watching this play out.

Don't worry. We've got David Gill there to protect our interests.

He's going to find it difficult to keep his mouth shut if it's City vs PSG semi final.
Hope his head explodes.
