Eh? Bunged them £10 to say 60k is enough? Mad - is that the minimum allowed? Otherwise madder still, 10p would do otherwise. Wonder if they’ll build a memorial spa captain Tom style?
 
Is there no overall control of these donation sites to check for and prevent utter fraud.
