The best version of Sterling came under the coaching of Pep? Doku is 21 years old and already a top class player who just needs the Pep magic to make him world class!

People talk about this "end product" but its just a cliche phrase. Doku consistently gets the ball to his teammates in dangerous positions in the box by passing and crossing. Yes he doesn't get into enough goalscoring chances and this is something that he should work on. But in terms of assists, 10-15 this season is very realistic.

What was Sterling’s like when he arrived? Having someone who can piss round 2 players will help create space for others. You don’t get many wingers who aren’t inconsistent especially at 21
