Down payment for Joao should it go through.
How about we place a lien on them!!

Don’t know if the club can do this but why don’t they tell cancelo and his agent if you want to go to Barcelona they have to pay. If not you can go on loan somewhere else. If you don’t find a club to go on loan or buy you, you will rot and train by yourself. Your training schedule will be ftom1100 pm to 100 am or 400 am to 6 00 am…take your pick!!
Met up with all my mates there for my 18th. Long, long time ago.Agree 100% Frank. Not seen you since the Chaddy Arms days. Hope you’re well pal.
Only one not smiling, intentional.
Do you really believe a single word of that nonsense?
Correct, so they can avoid paying his wages over the summer. Don't really blame them.Off to Barca on loan for the season, on deadline day, is my guess.
Incredible how so many know what actually happened.Maybe this thread could be closed until something concrete happens. We know Cancelo is, shall we say, unpopular with City fans but we don't need to continually spout the same vitriol every other post surely.
If the narrative is true, it was Cancelo that was a disruptive influence in the squad. How do you think his friends will react to him being treated like that? What would it do to the spirit and team morale in the camp? How often do clubs with a fractured dressing room win trophies? Why do clubs who are successful always talk about the atmosphere in the dressing room?
Might explain why we won’t do it.
Exactly. If what was widely reported is true, I would be more concerned about what his presence does to people like Rico than concerning ourselves with hurting his feelings. Yes, clubs that are successful have good dressing room atmospheres. But that doesn’t mean you have to make every personality fit. Sometimes a good dressing room means knowing who to have in the dressing room in the first place. If the narrative is true, it was Cancelo that was a disruptive influence in the squad.
If we would have replaced him do you reckon we would have won oult in 2022/23 season? It was bad enough to let Cancelo go mid-season without anyone coming in to take his place. The performances leading to Cancelo departing were very sketchy. Along with the FFP charges being announced after the Spurs defeat the squad atmosphere was poor.
Nope. Integrating a new player (signing) mid season with the atmosphere at that time would have been a near impossible task.If we would have replaced him do you reckon we would have won oult in 2022/23 season?
