How reliable are Tuttosport though? Are they like Bild in Germany; bullshit merchants?

They used to fall over themselves on here telling us what a great source Bild was

Danilo was luck to make the field in warm ups, nothing against him. Cancelo will push Walkie hard.

I also found it odd at first but it’s becoming more clear to me. I was wondering why Pep doesn’t play him more but there must be a good reason.

I think it’s because Danilo simply doesn’t challenge Walker. Offensively he doesn’t stand out, defensively either. Scores the odd goal and assists here and there but the numbers speak for themselves. Mendy had 5 assists in 10 games last season. Danilo has 4 assists in his last 3 seasons (league only).

Defensively, he’s not as good as Walker who imo is a rock and frequently pockets top wingers.

Danilo is a good player but isn’t great.

Haven’t seen much of Cancelo but from what I hear from people that watch a lot of Serie A he’s really good going forward and was a former winger. His numbers don’t stand out but Juve aren’t an attacking team. It is clear though he’s an excellent dribbler and is still young.

I can’t profess to know much about Cancelo but Danilo must be valued at over £20m in today’s market.
