Personally I'd phone them and ask what format the interview will take, if its going to be formal (sit behind a desk answering questions) or informal (be shown what you will be doing, and have a go at it), that should give you an idea what they are looking for dress wise as well. (Don't the staff wear an informal uniform ? I've only been in twice and can't remember.)
