Jobsworth stewards..

up graded my father in laws ticket for yesterdays game, it cost 9 quid !!! hardly bank breaking for a prem game. it took less than 5 mins at the new super efficent ticket office i got service with a smile. pay the extra no grief

but wasnt that the problem,he didnt want to pay the extra 15 pounds?
 
my mate is 16 surely that isnt classed as a god damn adult? and £15 on top of the season card is pretty steep. its a good job his dad gave him £20 to spend and £15 is alot of money for some people. its not as if the club lost anything we're richest club in the world.....

dont think 16 IS classed as an adult.But its not classed as a junior as there are different prices I think for those aged between 16 and 21.Like an inbetween price between a junior and adult price.
