Understood your first part but struggled after "this thread will be............ What point are you making?

the point i'm making is its quite clear someone is leaking info from whats going on inside the club, there were to many reports of hart being dropped from to many journo's for there not to be, have you read all the thread or just jumped on the back of it

Pep will of known the 'variables' of that changing room before rocking up... His obsessive compulsive nature will of left no stone unturned and that goes for influence from certain players.. 3 notable absences yesterday weren't exactly a surprise!!
It's like the school bully gang have just had their noses bloodied by the new kid.

Sentiment held more weight, more influence, under Pellegrini. A man who held no real power in the corridors of the club.

It's the same reason a fat, out of shape, completely half arsed Yaya was guaranteed to be first name on the team sheet every week under Pellegrini.

Pep won't accept that, nor will he accept a goalkeeper that can't adapt to his style of play.

Fairly straightforward.

I said this last year, and got plenty of stick for it from those who simply refused to recognise it, but this has been a long time coming. Joe has been a very good servant for this club, but he has his flaws, and anyone who couldn't see this day coming under Pep has a pretty rudimentary understanding of the sport and/or is completely blinded by sentiment.

We should be grateful that we have a manager with a backbone and the mandate to clear up shop and take this club to heights we otherwise wouldn't be able to reach.

We're in safe hands. Trust the man in charge.
good post mate

It does when your senior staff put it out that either 'he goes of we do'..
But again, apparently replacing Hart is for the sake of progression.

So unless there was an internal protest to save Hart alone, what prevented him from being sold?

Perhaps back then a perceived weakness in his game was spotted and for the sake of progressing as a club, in a new style, a replacement was sought after. Or did the manager just want rid for poops and giggles?

I don't. If the manager's telling him to do x and he ignores him and does y then I don't want him in the team or anywhere near it.

when has he ignored him ? he's only played 45 minutes of a friendly. i imagine he is working on his passing in training and will try it next time he gets a chance.
