Joe Hart (joined Torino on season long loan - Official)

Watching on TV last night I didn't hear the 'Don't sell Joe Hart' song, the only one I heard was 'stand up if you love Joe Hart', suggests that not many were singing the former and plenty were singing the latter.
I was there and heard it quite clearly a couple of times. Not bothered that they sung it as we've sung it for a few years.

I get the feeling Joe and pep are both putting a brave /professional face on this. Both handled themselves perfectly last night, but I can't help feeling there have been some heated moments and this might all be as much about joes influence in the dressing room as much as his keeping.
If he did stay as third /second choice it might just be the kick up the arse he needs to push onto the next level. He responded well to his loan spell, and being benched in the past.

It was recited a few times... at one point booed by other City fans (there was no other reason for the booing).
The 'stand up of you love Joe Hart' was much later in the game.

Joe to stay as 3rd choice i heard, no deal forthcoming
If Joe stays, or Pep gets stuck with him (whichever your standpoint is) there's no way the lad would be third choice for long, class will out and he'd soon take the cup games.

Yes I can see quite well through them before you ask

If he did stay and trained to Pep's instructions, he'd soon be No2. All domestic cup games and the possibility to step in when needed could be enough to tempt him to stay and fight for his place. Plus the extra time would help in arranging a move he wanted in January.
It's the scenario which is looking increasingly likely. But pleeeeeaase not Liverpool!
