not one goal we have conceded in the league has been scored like this, thats 6 goals. 3/4 have in the champs league

The majority of goals scored on us this season have been tap ins that he had already saved. His defense isn't following up and clearing. In fact, I'd like to see that exact stat. I don't think many have been scored against us from a straight shot on goal.

Every time you concede, there's always something you could have done differently.
But if you'd done that differently, who's to say the attacker wouldn't have done it differently. And then you're back to square one.
Neville Southall and Schmeichel both used to make loads of saves just by flinging themselves in a star towards the ball. Cech does a similar thing. The Munich second goal Joe was at fault. Simple he got his hand to the ball beside his goal post he should of been turning that around the post for a corner. Last night it was trio of mistakes. Silvas slack ball to De Jong who lost the tackle. Joes parry again should of been pushed around the post. You know by the look on his face that he messed up big time and that he should of done a hell of a lot better than what he did do. Joe has to take some of the blame along with the other 2 lads. The saving grace was we won the game but he needs to work on his shot stopping a bit more and knowing when to push the ball out for a corner.

when the ball is travelling into your bottom corner your priority first of all is to stop it going in, if you can hold on to it great, if you can push it round the post great. goalkeeping is the hardest job on the pitch and one tiny mistake costs you everything.
joe's been brilliant since returning from brum and for me as being a goalkeeper myself i don't see them being joe's fault, when the keeper saves like that the defence needs to be alive.

IMO we didn't play at our best, mistakes were certainly made and I think I'm right to suppose that the coaches will be working with the players to improve performance in all areas.
Apart from that; our players didn't stint in their efforts, heads didn't go down, concentration was kept up until the final whistle, we won and achieved our first ever champions league victory - so what's all the navel gazing about?

It was a poor save by Joe. Doesn't mean he is not a good goalie. Just means he made a poor save. Poor pass by Silva, poor attempt at a tackle by Nigel, and poor save by Joe. All could have done better at different instances during that play.

ffs hart is best keeper in PL, no one is perfect, we all makes mistakes, but i take the odd hiccup against the 100's of outstanding saves hes made any day

I'm a glory hunter because I say he has a lot to learn? A bit of an overreaction. When all I'm stating is that he parries the ball quite too much to be considered the goal keeper that he is. We place too much importance on him as a team to make stops all of the time. He's not Iker nor is he Buffon. I said he was a top lad with a lot to learn. You have a lot to learn about debate and conversation mate. I've stuck with this club through relegation and despair. Learn some manners.

Worst load of shit I have EVER seen anyone write. This one sentence shows you know fuck all about being a goalkeeper and have no right to criticize. Hart performed a world class reflex save down low which are the hardest to save, 99% of goalkeepers out there wouldn't have even got a finger to that let alone save it.
Hart has been let down by his defence who need to start following the ball into the box instead of just standing there watching the shot.

He is not happy for both goals because the people (defenders) that are supposed to help him out are walking back to the half way line before the first shot has come in, he was being fucked over by the people that are supposed to help defend his goal. I will say it again 99% of goalkeepers wouldnt of even saved that shot let alone get down and push it round the post, he aint Spiderman
