Joe Hart

roy keane cant even praise joe, just well he made the saves he is expected to save ********

I was thinking that. He made some fantastic saves at the feet of Brazilian players. Some were routine, but some were absolutely fantastic.

England's man of the match by a long chalk.

Agree. It's something that should be able to be improved easily though.

Also, his cockiness in waiting ages when being closed down to kick the ball is a problem as he often kicks it straight out of touch then.

Get real. He is not cocky. He isn't perfect yet but he is very young. He is the best goalie in England and I still think your name is wishful thinking......

Does it week in week out, playing behind average defence tonight

Exactly - some fans on here take him for granted and are over critical. He doesn't get the credit he deserves. If a goalie makes a mistake it can be the defining moment of a match and Joe doesn't make many but he does make crucial saves that are overlooked by those criticising him.

It would be more accurate to say Joe performed like this week in week out until last season.

Hope this is a sign that Joe is back to his best.

Is it a coincidence that he appears to playing well again for England now he has some competition from another keeper? This is what he needs at club level - a good number 2. Will keep him on his toes and bring the best out of him. Best keeper in the Premiership bar none.

Yes

As has already been said, Joe was England's best player by a mile tonight.

I thought James did well too, considering he was playing on the left, his weaker side. Carrick and Stan Laurel were both very wasteful with their passes tonight.

And we'll never hear the end of shrek's goal; there will be a wankfest over it for months, if not years.

Joe is just fine.

It wasn't his fault City didn't retain the championship. The problem was not enough goals scored.

Absolutely correct!!!!.

And the biggest MYTH on Bluemoon strikes again.

Next you'll be saying that Pantilimon has 'superior distribution'.
He has.

Pantilimon doesn't have to have very good distribution to be better than Hart, though, does he?
