Hardly a liability?

Cardiff's second and third goals, Villa's second and third goals and Bayern's first and third goals and a poor 2012/13 season tell a different story.

Cardiff's second (yes) and third (no) goals, Villa's second (no) and third (not so much) goals and Bayern's first (yes) and third (perhaps) goals and a poor 2012/13 season (yes, by his standards) tell a different story

Not sure whether it's been posted, but there's a short article on the BBC website in which Steve Harper and Dean Kiely speak a lot of sense about Hart - far cry from the headline-mongering articles of the past few days
yes but Len Rum lives in a fantasy world
When it comes to women, I'd agree with you mate but Joe Hart's goalkeeping no way.

A lot of support today from colleagues and coaches,it wont do him any harm.

I think he should keep his place tomorrow, such a show of confidence will do wonders I believe, and besides, being realistic,he's hardly a liability.

Have been saying for a couple of years now that Joe is overated, Title season he was behind a rock solid defence, when our defence is shaky Joe has no idea whether to come out for corners and the like. Schmeichel was worth 8 points a season for the rags, don't think Joe will 'win' us many matches.

Hope to be proved wrong!!!

Pellegrini's just said in his presser he's got a big decision to make on Joe ... and that he'll make it tomorrow morning. Get the feeling it's already been made and Pants is gonna get the nod.

Very interesting that he's not committing one way or the other, I get the feeling he'll stick with Joe and Joe knows it. Not really the ideal preparation to leave him hanging.

Just read the full quotes on the OS ... Pellegrini basically says that he won't say if Joe is starting because none of the players know who's playing tomorrow so it's unfair to confirm his place - or words to that effect anyway. You could be right ... would be a huge call to drop him tomorrow. The headline on the OS says "Pellegrini: Hart has our trust" ...

Just off the top of my head, in 11/12 he made brilliant late saves at Villa and Wigan that earned us 4 points. I'm sure there were more

No one's got a problem with 2011/12 season, it's what's happened last season and this!

As much as I understand all the vocal support, coddling isn't what he needs.
