Bollocks, blow he will never recover from my arse. If he's that precious then God help us. Play Pantilimon for a bit, let Hart concentrate on his game with the coaches away from the spotlight then throw him back in for Spurs at home and tell him to restore some faith or somebody big is coming in January to put a rocket up your arse.

You would put pants in for next weeks champions league match? I wouldn't,he has no-where near the experience for that

Deary Me. What is the fear people have with Pantilimon? FFS, he is an international goalkeeper that I am yet to see play anything less than a good performance.

He's not just some oversized odd job bloke from the Carrington Groundstaff Team that City ask to go in goals if they have odd numbers on each side!

I for one cannot wait to see him play against Norwich safe in the knowledge that I won't be shitting bricks every time they knock the ball long or knock a set piece in our box!

You've obviously seen very little of him.

pants will play against newcastle and i am confident he will do a job...he is good enough whatever people outside the club say. It will be up to joe to win his place back but i am confident in whoever plays... my own view on sunday was that nasty was partly to blame( letting it bounce and not talking ) but i was also thinking that once he had headed it joe should have took the red and handled it outside the box thus more or less guaranteeing the point we fully deserved

How would Joe win his place back? Other than by Costel losing it.

He shouldn't really unless pants doesn't take his chance. If he plays well and doesn't make mistakes the he stays in and if that is until the end of the season then so be it.

I have my doubts that he is good enough but currently Hart definitely isn't and therefore a change is essential.

Villa in the league cup last season, Community Shield ? I wish the lad all the best but not close to good enough to be No1 in a top 4 side. As someone posted earlier, the less he plays , the better he gets in some eyes. Harts got problems and has had for a while , yet two managers prefered/prefer him to Pants so far.

There will be a good reason for that.

Chelsea had the right idea signing Schwarzer a short term signing that says to Cech mess up and they've got an experienced replacement Spurs made Lloris earn his spot before he overtook Friedel as number one. That could well be an avenue to explore for the club only real issue who is out there available??

Whoever defends joe and calls for him to keep the number 1 job is a fucking idiot and has more loyalty to the player rather than the club itself

hahahaha

While he wears the City colours he is part of the club. Slagging off current players is slagging off the club and is most frequently done by JCL glory hunters thousands of miles away who think they're top Blues 'cos they've got a City mug.

So I take it you didn't slag off Tevez during the Munich affair?

So you're equating loss of form to (alleged) insubordination?

There are people on here who don't understand the difference between criticism and abuse.
