Just because you have a preference for one thing over another, it doesn't mean it shouldn't exist.

I'm sure I'd rather listen to most female commentators than I would Joey Barton, that's for sure, regardless of preferring male commentators over female.

I’m guessing this has mostly been caused by the backlash to him referring to his brother’s racist murder of a teenager with an ice pick as “a scrap” and complaining he “lost 17 years” of his life because of it.

Hes said something abhorrent, gotten a load of grief from people who think a brutal racist murder isn’t a scrap, decided they’re all just woke “eunuchs” and is now pandering to the kind of people who stuck up for his brother.

I think there are lots of crap pundits both male and female. Izzy Christensen is very good for example. Eni Aluko isn't. Nothing to do with gender but that's just me.

Broadcast companies are also ticking boxes rather than selecting the best people for the job.

You'll trigger some on here not for posting Joey Barton but Morgan, I have seen the interview and whilst an educated not thug would make a better case he destroys his own argument.

I liked Alex Scott for example but when she recently got all of her trout out at an awards ceremony she fucked her role model capacity to kingdom come.

To quantify I don't want to see Neil Warnock in the buff either.

Anyway, I don't know what to think about presenters having dual types of income if they're unrelated and doesn't affect their ability to do the presenting job as it doesn't affect me. Media has allowed modelling for attractive people. Pretty sure one can see, back in the day, female presenters photographed in provocative positions for magazines or posters.

Today it's called 'feminism' or women's power to be allowed to do different things and no one bats an eye about it. I don't have an issue if Scott had an O.F. account and presented. Personally, I would think it's crass and unserious to be expected to be taken seriously, but it is what it is these days.

she is my daughter's best mate, she really doesn't want any spotlight put on her self but the club did ask her straight away, anything Barton related is being removed from the club though not sure what there is as the guy was/is a perpetual bell end
