I agree, but unfortunately I don't agree that Stones is a top player, he's far from it right now. He lost his place at Everton last season, and rightly so. He also couldn't make the England starting eleven during the Euros, and in my opinion he was up against the two poorest centre backs England have played in a major tournament for many years. I would expect a 45-50 million player to be a regular at both club and country. 30 million for him would be about right in todays crazy market.
Fair point mate!;) I guess we willing to push our offer, for "Stones future potential" which is difficult to put a value on but if Pep feels he can make him a top CB in the prem, then 45-50mil would be a true valuation. cheers
