Is it just me or is the club putting that on the OS a positive indication? I mean surely if we went in for JT and he knocked us back along with Chelsea themselves then we'd just put an article in the news section after the fact - seems strange to make a feature of it now!

If there was nothing to this story we would issue a statement saying so, thats our procedure now and no way would we drop subtle hints to it on the OS
We are playing games here with Chelsea lol

Hughes is being consistently positive about things. He must be confident because more than once now, he has been talking about competing with the Rags and/or the other teams top 4's. He wouldn't be saying this if he didn't think we could achieve our target signings or most of them. He is clearly encouraged and there is less "Rome wasn't builit in a day" stuff.
