I agree to an extent but how long do you give him? He has already had a couple of weeks and he has still said nothing! At some point City will have to draw a line under it and move on to other targets!

Imo now City should force the issue put pressure on table another bid and see what happens, If Chelsea reject it then see if Terry hands in the transfer request, Either way i think it's today the 3rd bid should be tabled and Chelsea will except if they now the player wants to leave,because they will get more for him if he does not hand it that request.
