tbe worst of them all are HR,they allow everything bad to happen year after year
Not in my experience,the managers assistant/ PA are even worse with little to do and when they do do it , screw everything up.Possibly not enough actually.

Yeah but that’s not too many managers, it’s the wrong managers. I too have worked in the NHS and seen good and bad, same as in the private sector really.Not in my experience,the managers assistant/ PA are even worse with little to do and when they do do it , screw everything up.
One of my previous managers,fked the whole department up before being allowed back to her previous role at her previous hospital,they got rid of her only for her to return,she couldn't run a bath .
