I can’t see the six fingers either. It’s definitely AI though, there are a few giveaways. But some AI pictures now are basically impossible to tell from reality. Chances are people have seen them without realising.

There’s an extra knuckle which could I suppose be a very long thumb or something at the end of the weird right arm. The one in the middle seems to be missing her right forearm and the one on the left missing a full arm, gonna make eating that tub of ice cream tricky.
