The goal was a combination of mistakes but the first was Lescotts. If you are happy for one of our centre halfs to give away free headers on goal from one ball into the box then your understanding of defending is completely different from mines.
We play a zonal defensive system and it's well know that a perfect cross can cause real problems.Joleon is one given his area to defend and it was one of those crosses he couldn't get to but the man attacking could and did.He headed it straight at our keeper who handled it like a grenade.It's interesting that only on here is Lescott getting almost all the blame but in the media and with football pundits it's all down to Pantillimon.
Maybe they know nothing! Maybe we know why Lescott get's all the blame on here.

To address it? Don't have a problem with it myself. If we've got fans that are saying 'unacceptable' things to players that are so 'unacceptable' then it needs addressing. City can't address it as a club and the media not pick up on it, can they? Lescott putting it on Twitter doesn't tarnish the image of the club, the fans 'absuing' our own player do.

Im not excusing a small amount of idiots in any way shape or form but there is simply no need whatsoever to post it up on twitter, especially when he then refuses to say what was said.
