He was out of his depth against fucking MK Dons. Not good enough for this team
Hmm. Struggling to know whose evaluation to believe. Some random rag on reddit, or Guardiola...?

Your point re Barca says it all. Pep signed some right shite for them at times but Evans wouldn't have been on his list.

Well he plays ok in a 11 man defense. what could possibly go wrong in our defensive 3
^^^^ This all day....In all my time supporting City I`ve never been more against an incoming transfer.
Why? It's a thread from reddit from two years ago. I'm betting that our actual manager. You might have heard of him. Pep Guardiola. He might know a little more than some faceless username on Reddit. What d'you reckon ? Or are we now taking reddit as the gospel in football scouting ?

Arsenal tried to sign him last year.In addition to these well formulated statements I am personally concerned that so far no other top-club seem to have recognised the talent of Jonny Evans. In the time since he left United, other top clubs have bought CB's. Chelsea did it, Arsenal did it, Liverpool did it. And yet I can't recall having seen Jonny Evans being mentioned as a candidate for any of these clubs buying in the position where Evans plays.
