It's about the narrative. Unless the narrative is about City - Like Yaya having the best season by a midfielder in PL history, carrying us to a double while his brother was dying of cancer. Or Aguero arriving in England, scoring 30 goals in his first season, delivering a club it's first title in 35 years with the most iconic moment in PL history to settle the closest league season ever.
It's about the team, you can't give it to someone else when this team has been so superior. Unless that team is City.
It's about the record breaking individual performance. Unless it's a City player.
