That’s within their budget and somebody they wanted before Carlo signed up. When they close deals on a new # 1 or any off the 100’s of CM linked for big money then it’s on haha

This is how fucking crazy the Napoli owner is he has got angelotti coming in next season and he is still playing hardball over sarri going to chelsea ha . Could end up with 2 managers come start of serie a. Think we will sign Jorginho this week. We haven’t come this far to fall at the final hurdle . And if. We do end up giving up and getting seri that would be a major fuck up aswell .

Has every right to play hardball over Sarri. Chelsea came in and turned his head, fucked up a good thing they had going. So ADL has done the managerial equivalent of sending him to the reserves. What Watford probably should have done with Silva before he tanked their season, and at the end of the day his release clause was about 8 million quid, Chelsea should have just paid it and moved on.

I'll be disappointed if we don't get Jorginho but nothing ADL has done this window has been out of line or 'crazy'.

Now if we're talking 3 letter owners doing dumb shit then FSG is where the easy laughs lie.

In some respects maybe the injuries which have inhibited his minutes on the pitch down the years might prolong his career. I'm wondering if we will see more rotation of the full backs this coming season, with both Delph and Danilo giving Mendy and Walker regular rests.

Was amazed at how infrequently we needed to rest Walker last year. The man is a well oiled machine.
 
Sounds like this might be in the final stages now, hopefully we get this all tied up this week along with Mahrez, I can't see us doing anything else.

So 2 in I assume means 2 out, Yaya and ?????? ( Zinch ).

He's not tasked with winning the ball back in that team.

He's not splitting defences and picking out passes either.

He doesn't score goals, at all.

He averaged 48 passes a game so he hardly keeps play ticking over at that rate.

He's literally the physical embodiment of the colour beige.

Strong though I suppose.

He's good at everything (barring goals)

I understand that recently he has gone from being underrated to overrated by the general football world and so there has been a pushback but to talk of him as being a dud, or beige, is stupid.
 
Looks like one CM is in the books for Napoli as they decide to pay Fabian Ruiz’s release clause, €30M. Sort of feel for the Betis fans as their season ticket promo was a mini documentary on him and his mother working for the same club and now he’s gone.
