I hate overpaying for players.

Over paying for players just makes the club look like mugs who have to brainlessly throw money at players because the club and coach isn’t the main pull. We were that club, the only thing a decent player cared for us was how many pound notes we paid them. We seem to have turned a corner though getting top players on competitive wages.
