If he is going to them there will be a definitive story in the press without the words "could", "sources" or "rumour" in the story. There isn't one so far today and that's decimated.

He also hasn't been anywhere near a hospital for a medical today. It would have leaked to Chelsea fourni's in the press.

I have read a few articles which claim he is having a medical today but it has the feeling of a giant snowball where one or two reports set off a chain and it gathers momentum with little substance but that is also how a City mind works who would like there still to be some mileage in this

The odd thing is that interested in the story as I am, he's a player that I know in name only. It's hard to get too excited about a player you have never seen (apart from a couple of friendlies)

The story from Corrella de Sport has the most truth. Here's what I think for what it's worth...
Chelsea want the deal.
Napoli do too as they get more cash now and get their money for Sarri.
Sarri is trying to persuade Jorginho to come and join him.
Out of respect to Sarri, Jorginho and his agent are probably talking to Chelsea.
I highly doubt anything is agreed yet.it would be in the sports press now if it was.
We'll find out soon enough.
The fact City are being silent at the moment speaks volumes. If it was done and dusted. We would announce that we have moved on (see Sanchez, Fred, etc).

Lets be honest, unless Jorginho was getting a Megawad he'd be fecking stupid to go to Chelsea without Champions League football or a real chance of the title.

It won't confirm anything,if we have had reassurances from him and his agent it's not true then we can say that,try another way to blame the club

I think the reports of him having a medical today are true, in which case it’d be pretty much game over for us.
 
It boils down to his character.

Go to the first club he sort of said yes to and play in a team in the CL or go with his ex boss for more money to play in the Johnston Paint Trophy or whatever it's called.
 
But im still wondering that if this Chelsea stuff is not true then why his agent is radio silent? At one point he couldn't shut up talking about Jorginho to City. He could easily deny all this publicly? But has not done so. Surely this is game over for us.
 
Bottom line is:
1. if City say we're looking elsewhere then it's over.
2. If a definate confirmation story is published by a UK paper sports hack close to Chelsea then it's over.

I heard it from someone on the City side tonight mate. Hope it’s not true, but it’s not looking great for us.
