City aren't going to let Bernardo leave if it reaches a point where the club would be caught short. I don't disagree entirely but we are on record as a club which is reluctant to tie people down against their wishes. We are very likely to let him leave if the price is right. But of course this is more likely to happen if a replacement can be found. That is pure logic.
