when you read the eberl quotes then it`s clear that the deal between txiki/eberl is not even close/imminent...we had leverage regarding the tansfer fee till the szobo transfer to lfc...now they don`t money & want to keep him or get at least €100 m

If Gvardiol/his agent don`t raise the pressure on RBL & txiki doesn`t value the player at the asking price then it`s pretty likely the deal won`t happen.

I wouldn`t complain (don`t rate him that much & would invest the money for the offense - Coman,Musiala,Leao etc) but in the future player agents will be/act hesitant to deal with us.
What leverage did we have?

From the beginning of the window fabrizio has been saying they want €100m plus add ons. That is still their stance now so what changed?

Why would players/agents be hesitant?
Unless the player doesn’t want to come then that is a pointless discussion. We will still almost always have to agree terms with the player first before dealing with the club because that is how it is done.

And how would you know that?
He reminds me of the scene out of Airplane where Leslie Nielsen pops his head into the cockpit and says 'good luck we're counting on you ' and still continues doing it when the.plane eventually lands.

We are the absolute masters of dragging transfers out. Looking 50/50 as to whether this will go through or not. Just hope we're not putting all our eggs in to one basket over this deal, and overseeing other areas of the squad which need strengthening
It took Arsenal a month and £25m more than their initial bid to get Rice over the line when they were the only club he wanted.

Foolish people here need to understand reality before showing your foolishness for all to see. Txiki is not majorly involved in negotiation and closing deals. that is more to do with Ferran and Khaldoon. know your targets before loosing your shit.
txiki/omar are responsible for transfer/contract extension/scouting....ferran oversees the CFG clubs....khaldoon (mansours right hand) is way to busy with his other businesses than to be involved in transfer business

We are also masters of winning most of whats on offer , stop flapping they have proven themselves time and time again , they run the club as it should be run not to appease impatient fans on a football forum

Your not relevant mate, if you choose to not take the info as legit that's up to you but don't be a baby implying I should be revealing my source.

What are you on about?
You have trotted out the same line for about 4 weeks.
No need to get touchy, I was hoping you'd be mature and say this person I know or that person knows someone.
No need to have a hissy fit love.

Not really, Txiki identifies and negotiates with Omar. Soriano and ultimately Khaldoon have the final say on the budget and how it should be structured. If they say it’s too much thats it.
