Tried this in PC world and (The missus and Daughter having walked away in embarrassment) got £30 knocked off a laptop. Was very pleased with myself until a month later they were flogging the same ones for about £70 less. Was happy in my ignorance until the missus insisted on showing me the new price , I maintained it was a different machine entirely of course. Bottom line is you don't really know what anyone selling will budge by unless you try. Pay what your happy to pay and don't look back or move on.
 
Just bought butter for £2. Same butter is £1.75 in the shop down the road. I've overpaid for my butter.

For me, I think he’d be a brilliant DM, similar to how Stones is. His ball progression and defence-splitting passes is the best in the world amongst centre backs. His weaknesses (pace & being less effective in wide positions) is where Ake excels.

Yeah, I think there’s a place for him, but also excited what Gvardiol can do. Best of luck to Laporte wherever he goes.

You’ve willingly valued it at £10 (not that anyone with the slightest bit of intelligence would ever do this knowing they could get it for £5) then given the guy £10.

Willingly, unwillingly, hesitantly, gladly, through stupidity or arrogance, I've still overpaid, no? therefore the concept exists. Which is why there is a word for it.

It depends on the item you want to buy and many variables, like how badly do you need that certain item, have you done your research ,current market value ,, etc etc
personally I get pissed if I get tricked by some cunts and taken to cleaner. I feel angry myself for being a stupid thick fuck .
