KDB has a free role and regularly drifts wide though. The talk about TAA seems to be about using him centrally controlling the midfield. KDB is also a far better footballer than TAA and has much more to his game than his brilliant crossing ability.

100%. He’s technically one of the best crossers in the league. This move compromises that completely. His positional sense is suspect, he gives the ball away a lot, one of the worst for it in the league. He’ll be back at right back by May

TAA isn’t a defender, but he’s obviously an incredibly talented creative player with good physical attributes so put him in midfield next to a sitter and a more subtle number 10 type to control the game and you’ve got a good midfield.

And exposes them defensively. Liverpool have 3 dogs of war in midfield. They’ll get torn apart if they go with this
 
a year ago really wanted jude at city, still want him but not arsed if he doesnt as pep has a few people lined up that will be dynamic and not far off off half price... Jude needs to be careful here because if he wants to play for the best team in the land and all the world he needs to make a decision ( with his idiot agent ) and not let greed come in to it
