Agreed. Don't be a stranger to your GP. I had a "myocardial infarction" (heart attack, in old money) back in 2005. Not a pleasant experience. But I'm still here. On 5 different tablets a day (plus another one for diabetes). With careful management, you can still lead a relatively normal life.

Bloody hell, this has done me in. Seeing how happy he was just a few weeks ago, with so much to look forward to, and then almost in an instant his life is over. Makes you realise how much you take things for granted.

 
Phew.

Life is short.

Even shorter for some.

Tragic, so young. You look at sportsmen and ex sportsmen, all the training they do and all the tests they must undergo and wonder how this is possible.
