Juventus (A) | CL | Post Match Thread

The team was always going to have a drop off at some point.

Our team just won 4 titles in a row. That's never been done before.

The players have run themselves into the ground achieving it.

As well as being knackered, injuries have decimated us.

We've lost the best player in the world. Tell me a team that this wouldn't affect?

Pep hasn't fucked up this season at all. It's astonishing that anyone would use such language about the best manager we've ever had.

So yes, you're flapping.

We can't win every single year.

It's a shame that instead of supporting this team, given what they have done for us, many on here have turned on them instead.

All valid points mate but we have claimed one
Point in like 9 games…

I don't think people are turning on them, they're just pissed off with the current form. Putting injuries to one side, why wasn't the drop off forecasted in the summer if it was so obviously going to happen. Can't recall many predicting it tbh.

They were better in every area; more clinical, faster, better defensively.

I don't think anyone could have foreseen the drop off being this bad from some of the players.
Didn’t think they were even any good. We are just a shambles. The system can’t work with the players he keeps putting in it. Different players or different system. Stop doing the same fucking thing every week.

Winning 4 in a row has definitely taken its toll mentally and physically.

Yes, some look like a season too far for them. The injuries have highlighted the downsides to a small squad too.

Not getting the right understudy for Rodri has been the killer for this team.

Hopefully the club rectifies that in January.
Going to be difficult in Jan….
