Over pay paying for a 29yr old.....who knows? If he is outstanding and we win CL no one will complain, but currently I agree with you!
Ake at 40mil in above scenario would be a steal....more chance than the above imho.

Valencia were/are no different needing money to Napoli.
IF Watkins scores 15 next season that keeps Villa up....Will be as good a signing value wise than any we make!

Bruh ! just so you know madrid tried to sign both david and kun. Any city should know that . You’ve been having a sly dig at city lately.
 
Of course we have no other plans. We have highly paid staff with multiple millions in funds to spend to strengthen this club's position of greatest weakness which is clear to even the blindest of fans. So they'll spunk all their eggs into one basket then pop over to Blue Moon Forum check in with someone who has 22 posts who joined the forum THIS MONTH and take that advice.

If anything the Messi deal involves Ferran and Khaldoon, not Txiki.

Txiki has told Koulibaly what the deal is, it is up to his agent to take that to Napoli and get the deal done. Txiki has told ADL he won't speak to him and thats that.

Nothing more to talk about. Txiki is doing other deals for the youngsters and Angelino, more to come most likely also e.g. Otamendi.

Possibly yes, as Jorge Messi was non-the-wiser when he landed in Barcelona as to what was happening and only found out what was going on when he spoke with Bartomeu and was told Messi was staying.

I have no doubt we will sign another barrage of young kids, all of whom will never once see the Etihad playing surface, well not playing for this club at least.

I am sure if Khaldoon was involved then Koulibaly would either be here now, or we would have moved onto other targets, as he wouldn't accept this Napoli president stringing him along like a puppet on a string

Agree 100% I'm sure if there was a host of other clubs trying to buy him we would be more focussed. Dealing with Napoli is a nightmare, they are known to constantly change the goalposts so I'm with you - we are handling this the right way.
