Possibly something about fees/ spending that get's thrown at the club from the media tramps , other supporters etc

Media / dippers, rags, other lemmings :- we buy cheap and the player is no fucking use ; we spend big and the player is not worth the fee, massively over-priced.

£50m I wouldn't even entertain the offer. If Leeds somehow stays up then I would let him stay there or move to another club for that price.

At first I was skeptical of this deal but ultimately I trust Pep’s judgment, especially on defensive midfielders. We shouldn’t forget that Pep was one of the best DMs of all time. For £25 million, I’d take Phillips.
