I enjoyed reading it. Really glad to hear that he's planning on staying in football once he retires too rather than becoming another mouthy bore like Oke Coke Rio or the boot licking moron.
His editors probably required him to ask that question. KDB was tactful in how he didn't really answer it.Excellent article
I don't understand how people can let one tiny paragraph on our owners ruin the rest of the piece. It was a very mild question, and the article moved on quickly after de Bruyne's answer
Don’t really mind that, it’s a different point of view by a member of the government, doubt if many Guardian readers would agree with a word of it. It’s opinion pieces by journalists pretending that it’s objective analysis which is far more annoyingIndeed. They're currently running an anti-teacher article written by the Education Secretary FFS.

Yeah, a City fan would write that but yer'd be hard pushed to find a Grauniad staffer to have scribed it.Starts with ‘Confession, I’m a Manchester City fan…’, so don’t think they’ve had a sudden change of heart! Haha
Mind, I nearly stopped reading when I got to the bit about de Bruyne having a mustard sandwich, FFS, but I carried on. Best article I've read from one of the RDAHMeedya front runners.

In our house one of our dogs even leaves the room when City are on; mind you my daughter watch with me.Thought it was a really good piece. Loved the bit about him watching games and shouting at the telly when our players fuck up, then when his Mrs complains he shouts at her! That’s my house completely. When City are on the box best leave me with it. Proves KDB gives a fuck and isn’t a money grabber blah blah Sergio was the same, didn’t matter who scored you could always see his delight, he also piled in when the coppers at Bournemouth started twatting City fans after that Sterling goal.
I was impressed that Simon Hattenstone goes to the away games, even if I could get a ticket which I can’t I would struggle to make time.

A good article on a city player. Kev comes across very well. He is a decent person from a normal family who happens to play football. Refreshing and for me personally he is right up there with Yaya, Kun, Silva as our best ever player from the new batch.
Unassuming and brilliant.
Unassuming but wants to be the best in the world.
Kev is intelligent and straight-forward. He knows he is good and doesn't shy away from that fact with false modesty but also does not give it the big I am.

I liked the sound of a mustard sandwich; never tried on in all my years but defintiely going to try that. I do sometimes cut thin slices of cheddar and put mustard on them.
